How to Use the 90-Day Client Creation Coach

Your personalised implementation coach inside Doing Mode

Doing Mode helps you strengthen the inner game required to grow your coaching business: courage, consistency, self-trust, emotional regulation, identity and follow-through.

The 90-Day Client Creation Coach supports the practical side.

It helps you decide what to do, what to publish, who to speak to, what to say, how to follow up and how to turn your daily activity into genuine conversations, opportunities, clients and revenue.

This is not another training programme for you to watch.

It is designed to be used while you are doing the work.

Every day, you will complete a simple Client Creation Journal, take a photograph of it and upload it to your personalised coach. The tool will review what happened, identify what is creating movement, challenge avoidance and give you a clear plan for your next day.

The aim is simple:
To help you build momentum through consistent action, useful content and real client-creation conversations.

The goal of the tool

Over the next 90 days, this tool will help you make meaningful progress in five areas.

1. Your personal brand

You will become clearer about:

  • Who you help.
  • The problem you solve.
  • What you believe.
  • What you want to be known for.
  • What makes your approach different.
  • What you offer.

2. Your content

You will learn how to:

  • Publish more consistently.
  • Create content that speaks to real problems.
  • Use the language your market actually uses.
  • Test different messages and formats.
  • Notice which ideas create recognition and response.
  • Turn conversations into future content.

3. Your audience

You will work toward building:

  • A relevant audience.
  • Recognisable repeat viewers.
  • More comments, replies and direct messages.
  • Genuine relationships.
  • Potential clients.
  • An audience you can reliably reach away from social media.

4. Your conversations

You will develop:

  • A daily conversation habit.
  • More confidence beginning conversations.
  • A simple and natural follow-up process.
  • A better understanding of what your market wants.
  • A growing pipeline of possible clients.

5. Your commercial results

You will connect your daily activity to:

  • Invitations.
  • Offers.
  • Booked calls.
  • New clients.
  • Income and revenue.

Followers, likes, views and reach can be useful, but they are not the final goal.
The goal is to create business movement.

The central principle

Clients are created through conversations

Content matters, but content is not the final objective.

The purpose of your content is to help the right person:

  • Notice you.
  • Recognise their problem.
  • Understand your point of view.
  • Begin to trust you.
  • Respond.
  • Enter a useful conversation.
  • Take an appropriate next step.
  • Become a client when there is a genuine fit.

This means you will not be judged only by how many people liked a post.

You will pay attention to whether your actions created recognition, replies, conversations, follow-up opportunities, invitations, offers, clients or revenue.

How the process works

The process follows a simple daily cycle:

Do the work → complete the journal → upload it → receive coaching → take the next action

You are not expected to figure everything out alone.

The tool uses what you record each day to help you make better decisions the following day.

Over time, it will begin to identify:

  • The messages that connect.
  • The topics that create conversations.
  • The actions you repeatedly avoid.
  • The types of people responding to you.
  • The follow-ups that need to happen.
  • The opportunities you may be overlooking.
  • The habits that are creating momentum.
  • The commercial actions that need more attention.

The journal records what you published, what the market said, what you learned, what you avoided, what created movement, your conversations, follow-ups, commercial results, owned-audience growth and your most important next action.

Before you begin Day 1

Your first step is to complete the onboarding process inside the 90-Day Client Creation Coach.

The tool will ask you a series of questions about:

  • Your business.
  • The person you help.
  • The problem you solve.
  • Your offer.
  • Your experience and beliefs.
  • Your current audience and assets.
  • Your preferred content formats.
  • The time you can realistically commit.
  • The result you want to create over the next 90 days.

You will be asked one manageable section at a time.

You do not need to have every answer perfectly worked out.
Answer honestly and give as much useful detail as you can. The tool will help you organise and sharpen your thinking.

Begin with this message

Copy and paste the following message into the tool:

I am ready to begin the 90-Day Client Creation process. Please take me through the onboarding one section at a time.

After the onboarding, the tool will create your 90-Day Brand Foundation Summary.
This will include:

  • Your target audience.
  • Their main problem.
  • Your core offer.
  • Your main promise.
  • Your central brand belief.
  • Your five main content themes.
  • Your primary call to action.
  • Your owned-audience destination.
  • Your 90-day revenue goal.
  • Your daily time commitment.

Read the summary carefully.
Correct anything that does not feel accurate before beginning Day 1.

You can say:

This is accurate. I am ready to begin Day 1.

Or:

I would like to change the following parts before we begin.

How to use the tool each day

Step 1: Start your daily session

At the beginning of the day, open the tool and tell it which day you are on.
For example:

I am on Day 1. Please give me today’s client-creation plan.

Or:

I am on Day 14. I have 30 minutes available today. Give me the most important actions.

The tool will give you a focused daily plan containing:

  • Today’s purpose.
  • The result you are aiming to create.
  • A short prioritised action plan.
  • The content to publish.
  • A client-conversation action.
  • The commercial connection.
  • The review to complete at the end of the day.

Every day should include an action that starts or advances a genuine conversation.

Step 2: Ask for the exact help you need

You can use the coach throughout the day.
You do not need to wait until the journal is complete.
You can ask for support with the exact action in front of you.

Content

  • "Write today’s post word for word in my natural voice."
  • "Turn this idea into a short LinkedIn post."
  • "Give me three stronger hooks for this post."
  • "Turn this story into a useful piece of content for my ideal client."
  • "Help me create a post that encourages genuine replies."

Conversations

  • "Someone replied with this message. Help me respond naturally."
  • "Help me continue this conversation without becoming pushy."
  • "What question should I ask next?"
  • "Is this person ready for an invitation, or should I continue the conversation?"

Follow-up

  • "I spoke to this person three days ago. Write a natural follow-up."
  • "Help me follow up without sounding needy."
  • "I promised to send them more information. Write the message."

Invitations and offers

  • "Help me invite this person to a call naturally."
  • "Write a simple message offering my coaching."
  • "Help me explain my offer clearly without over-selling it."
  • "This person has described a problem I solve. What is the appropriate next step?"

Limited time

  • "I only have 15 minutes today. What is the most important action?"
  • "I feel overwhelmed. Reduce today’s plan to the smallest useful version."

The tool should help you act, not create more work for you.

Your daily minimum

When time is limited, aim to complete:

  • One useful piece of content.
  • Three genuine conversations.
  • Two follow-ups.
  • One invitation into your owned audience when appropriate.
  • A five-minute end-of-day review.

Your owned audience may be:

  • Your email list.
  • A private community.
  • A Skool group.
  • A workshop.
  • A lead magnet.
  • An application.
  • A booked call.
  • A customer or prospect database.

The journey should remain simple:

Social content → response or direct message → helpful conversation → owned audience → continued relationship → appropriate offer

You do not need a complicated funnel.
You need a process you can use consistently.

How to complete the daily journal

Complete the journal at the end of each working day.
Be honest and specific.
This is not a test, and you are not trying to make the day look more successful than it was.
The journal helps your coach understand what actually happened.

1. What I published

Record:

  • The topic.
  • The format.
  • The platform.

Example:
A written LinkedIn post about why new coaches avoid making offers.

2. What the market said

Record the strongest comments, replies or phrases people used.
Use their exact words wherever possible.
Do not write only:
People liked the message.
Write:
One person said, “I keep telling myself I need more followers before I can sell.”
Exact market language helps you create stronger future content and offers.

3. What I learned

Record what appeared to create the strongest recognition, response or conversation.
Example:
The personal example created more replies than the teaching section.

4. What I avoided

Record the important action you felt resistance toward.
This may include:

  • Publishing.
  • Sending a message.
  • Following up.
  • Making an invitation.
  • Making an offer.

Be truthful.
Avoidance is useful information when you are willing to notice it.

5. What created movement

Record the action that created attention, conversation, opportunity or revenue.
Example:
Following up with a previous enquiry restarted the conversation.

6. Tomorrow’s content idea

Record an idea based on something a real person said that day.
Example:
Create a post about believing you need a bigger audience before you can sell coaching.

7. Conversations

Record:

  • New conversations started.
  • Existing conversations advanced.

Focus on genuine exchanges, not mass messaging.

8. Follow-up

Write down:

  • Who needs a follow-up.
  • What the next message should be.

Do not rely on yourself to remember it tomorrow.

9. Commercial movement

Record whether you created:

  • An invitation.
  • An offer.
  • A booked call.
  • A new client.
  • Revenue.

No commercial movement is still important information.
Record zero rather than leaving it unclear.

10. Owned-audience growth

Record whether anyone moved from social media into a place where you can reliably reach them.
This may include:

  • A new email subscriber.
  • A new community member.
  • A workshop registration.
  • An application.
  • A lead added to your database.

Daily scoreboard

Complete the numbers honestly.
Your coach will use these figures to identify patterns across the 90 days.

Tomorrow’s most important action

Answer this question:
What is the simplest action I can take tomorrow that is most likely to create or advance a client conversation?
Do not choose the easiest administrative task.
Choose the action most likely to create movement.

How to upload your journal

Once the journal is complete:

  • Place it somewhere with good lighting.
  • Make sure the entire page is visible.
  • Take the photograph from directly above.
  • Check that the handwriting can be read.
  • Upload the photograph into the chat.
  • Add a simple message.

Use:

This is my completed journal for Day 1. Please review it and coach me.

You can also scan the page and upload it as an image or PDF.
Do not include sensitive information that you would not want stored in the conversation. You can use initials instead of full client or prospect names.
When referring to another person, avoid uploading confidential personal, health, financial or private information unless it is genuinely necessary and appropriate to share.

What happens after you upload it

The tool will review your journal and provide a personalised coaching debrief.
This may include:

Your wins

What you completed, improved or moved forward.

External growth

Evidence relating to:

  • Publishing.
  • Audience response.
  • Conversations.
  • Follow-up.
  • Invitations.
  • Offers.
  • Calls.
  • Clients.
  • Revenue.
  • Owned-audience growth.

Internal growth

Evidence relating to:

  • Courage.
  • Consistency.
  • Self-trust.
  • Follow-through.
  • Willingness to be visible.
  • Ability to act despite discomfort.

Patterns and lessons

What appears to be working and what should be repeated.

Honest accountability

Where avoidance, delay or productive procrastination may be limiting your progress.

Your next-day plan

A clear and manageable plan based on what actually happened.

Your SWOT analysis

The tool will review your:

  • Strengths.
  • Weaknesses.
  • Opportunities.
  • Threats.

It will consider these through three lenses:

  • You as a business owner.
  • You as a coach.
  • You as a person developing yourself.

The coach should distinguish between what the journal proves and what it is inferring.
It should not invent progress or make assumptions about results that have not happened.

How Doing Mode and the tool work together

Doing Mode and the 90-Day Client Creation Coach have different but connected purposes.

Doing Mode supports the inner game

Doing Mode helps you work with:

  • Resistance.
  • Fear of judgement.
  • Fear of failure.
  • Fear of success.
  • Self-doubt.
  • Emotional regulation.
  • Identity.
  • Courage.
  • Consistency.
  • Self-trust.
  • Follow-through.

The tool supports implementation

The 90-Day Client Creation Coach helps you with:

  • Daily priorities.
  • Content strategy.
  • Writing posts.
  • Hooks and calls to action.
  • Starting conversations.
  • Replying to potential clients.
  • Following up.
  • Making invitations.
  • Making offers.
  • Building owned traffic.
  • Reviewing results.
  • Planning the next action.

One helps you become the person who follows through.
The other helps you decide what to follow through on.
Use them together.

How to get the best results

Tell the truth in the journal

The tool can only coach what you show it.
Do not hide the days when you avoided something, received no response or made no offer.
Those days often contain the most useful coaching information.

Use exact market language

Record what people actually say.
Their wording will help you improve your content, positioning and offers.

Ask for word-for-word support

You do not need to struggle alone with a blank screen.
Ask the tool to write:

  • The post.
  • The reply.
  • The follow-up.
  • The invitation.
  • The offer.
  • The call to action.

Then adjust anything that does not sound like you.

Prioritise conversations over appearance

Do not spend hours changing colours, logos, websites, software or templates while avoiding publishing and speaking to people.
The order is:

  1. Create or advance a conversation.
  2. Publish something useful.
  3. Move suitable people into owned traffic.
  4. Review and learn.
  5. Improve supporting assets.

Stay commercially aware

Do not allow content activity to replace business activity.
Ask regularly:

  • Did I begin a conversation?
  • Did I follow up?
  • Did I make an invitation?
  • Did I make an offer?
  • Did I create a client?
  • Did I create revenue?

What to do if you miss a day

Do not restart the 90 days.
Do not punish yourself.
Do not try to complete several days at once.
Return to the tool and say:

I missed yesterday. I am ready to continue. Help me identify the most important action for today.

You continue from where you are.
The goal is not a perfect streak.
The goal is to rebuild momentum quickly.

What to do when engagement is low

Low engagement does not automatically mean the process is failing.
Use the tool to review:

  • Whether the topic is relevant.
  • Whether the opening is clear.
  • Whether the post describes a recognisable problem.
  • Whether the message sounds too general.
  • Whether the call to action invites a natural response.
  • Whether you are relying on posting without starting conversations.
  • Whether you have followed up with existing contacts.

You can say:

This post received very little response. Help me assess the message without focusing only on likes.

Or:

I have published consistently but conversations are still low. What should I change next?

What to do when you feel stuck

Tell the tool exactly what is happening.
For example:

  • "I know I need to follow up, but I am resisting it. Help me make the next step smaller."
  • "I do not know what to post today. Use what I learned yesterday to create today’s content."
  • "I am overthinking this message. Write the simplest natural version."
  • "I have done a lot of planning but very little publishing. Redirect me toward action."
  • "I am worried about sounding salesy. Help me make an appropriate invitation based on the conversation."

You do not need to appear confident before asking for help.
Use the coach at the moment you notice yourself becoming stuck.

Your daily rhythm

At the beginning of the day

Open the tool and request your daily plan.

During the day

Use it for practical support with content, conversations, replies, follow-ups, invitations and offers.

At the end of the day

Complete the journal.

After completing it

Take a photograph and upload it.

Before finishing

Read your coaching debrief and identify tomorrow’s most important action.
Then repeat the process.

Start here

Then open the tool and paste:

I am ready to begin the 90-Day Client Creation process. Please take me through the onboarding one section at a time.

Do not wait until your offer, message, audience or confidence feels perfect.
The process is designed to help you improve through action.

Complete the work. Record what happened. Upload the evidence. Receive the coaching. Take the next step.
