FREE LIVE WORKSHOP FOR COACHES WHO KEEP AVOIDING THE ACTIONS THAT CREATE CLIENTS
You have the training. You have the strategies. You could probably teach most of it to someone else.
And yet the post does not get published. The message does not get sent. The follow-up sits there for another week.
This free live workshop will help you understand why you keep stopping when it is time to act, and show you how to begin closing the gap between knowing what would grow your business and consistently doing it.
By the end, you will have identified one specific revenue-producing action to complete.

See if any of this sounds familiar.
You know you should post today. You open the app, read three other people's posts, then close it again.
You know exactly who you should message. Their name has been sitting in your head for eleven days. The message stays unsent.
You know you should follow up with the person who said, "Let's talk again in the new year." That was in the new year.
You know you should make the offer on the call. You explain, you teach, you help, and then you run out of time.
You know the project needs finishing. So you rewrite the first section again.
Meanwhile, other things do get done. You watch another training. You tidy up your niche. You change the offer. You reorganise your notes. You ask AI for a better version. You plan next week properly this time.
None of that is laziness. Most of it looks like work. Some of it even feels like progress.
But at the end of the week, the actions that actually create clients did not happen.
This is the knowing-doing gap.
The knowing-doing gap is the space between knowing what would grow your business and consistently bringing yourself to do it.
It is not a knowledge problem. You already know. It is the gap between knowing and doing.
Here is the part almost nobody says to you.
If more information was going to solve this, it would have solved it already. You have bought the programmes. You have taken the notes. You have understood every model that was put in front of you.
The honest conclusion is not that you need more.
It is that you have an execution problem, not a knowledge problem.
An execution problem is a different kind of problem. It has different causes, which means it requires a different solution. Trying to fix it with more learning is like reading another book about swimming while standing at the side of the pool.
This matters because of what most coaches conclude instead. They decide that something is wrong with them. That they lack discipline. That other people must simply want it more.
That conclusion is wrong, and it is expensive. It keeps you buying and it keeps you quiet.
You do not need more information. You need a repeatable way to move through resistance and take the actions you already know create clients.
That is what this workshop is about.
This workshop is for coaches, consultants and experts who are good at what they do and inconsistent at the actions that bring in clients.
This is not designed to give you another complicated business strategy. It is for people who already have enough knowledge to take meaningful action but are not doing so consistently.
Three shifts, in 90 minutes.
There is a point where taking in more information stops helping you and starts protecting you from acting. It looks responsible. It feels productive. It is one of the most convincing forms of avoidance there is, and almost nobody spots it in themselves.
The belief this challenges:
"I need another strategy, a clearer niche, a better plan or more confidence before I can act."
What you will understand:
How to tell the difference between real preparation and sophisticated avoidance, and why progress starts when you implement what you already have.
The actions that grow your business are not neutral. Posting, messaging, following up, inviting and asking for the sale all involve being visible, being uncertain and risking a no. There is a reason your system pulls you away from exactly those tasks and lets you do the safe ones for hours.
The belief this challenges:
"There is something wrong with me because I keep procrastinating."
What you will understand:
What is actually happening in the moment you stall, why it is a normal response rather than a character flaw, and why that means it can be changed.
Waiting to feel ready is the most reliable way to never start. In this shift, Matt walks through the approach he uses with coaches to get the action done first and let the confidence follow, which is the order it actually arrives in.
The belief this challenges:
"I need more time, confidence, followers, motivation or certainty before I can create clients."
What you will understand:
How consistent execution is built through clarity, emotional regulation, small executable steps, repetition, accountability and support, and how to apply it to the action you are avoiding this week.
Not in a dramatic way. In a quiet, steady way.
The conversations that never started. The people who would have said yes if you had asked, who are now working with someone else who did.
The income that arrives in bursts because your action arrives in bursts.
The confidence that drops a little each time you plan a week and do not deliver it.
And the thing that costs the most: your trust in your own word. When you break a promise to yourself often enough, you stop making promises. That is when people go quiet in their business for months at a time.
None of that means you are failing. It means the pattern has been running unchallenged.
Patterns like this do not usually change through one big decision. They change when one avoided action finally gets completed and the evidence starts moving in the other direction.
You can begin that on Wednesday.
Matt Jope is a business coach. He has coached people online since 2018.
His work is with knowledgeable coaches who are held back by inaction, procrastination, resistance and the knowing-doing gap. Not people who need another strategy. People who have the strategy and cannot consistently bring themselves to run it.
Everything he does is built around one focus: helping coaches complete the revenue-producing actions in their business, week after week, rather than in occasional bursts.
Matt believes that most stuck coaches do not need more information. They need real support executing what they already know.
Matt combines professional coach training with practical business execution support to help knowledgeable coaches move through resistance and take action.

Coaches, consultants and experts who already know what to do and are inconsistent in doing it. If you have the training and the plan but the posting, messaging, following up and asking keeps not happening, this is built for you.
No. It is for anyone who sells their knowledge, skill or service and needs to take visible, direct action to create clients. Life coaches, health coaches, consultants, trainers and specialists of all kinds can benefit.
The knowing-doing gap is the space between knowing what would grow your business and consistently bringing yourself to do it. It is why intelligent, experienced people can own every course they need and still go weeks without taking the actions that create clients.
A replay may be made available to registered attendees, but joining live is strongly recommended.
Approximately 90 minutes.
Yes. Near the end, Matt will explain how attendees who want ongoing coaching and implementation support can continue working with him. There is no obligation to join.
That is the strange part. The information is not missing. It has not been missing for a long time.
What has been missing is an explanation for why you stop, and a way through it that works on the days you do not feel like it.
That is what these 90 minutes are for. You will understand what has been happening. You will name the action you have been avoiding. And you will have a way to complete it.
